LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC

The next clinic is on April 28, 2012 and we are currently accepting applications.

The April 28, 2012 clinic will be held at the Hamilton Shelter at 2100 Sylvan Avenue in Hamilton, New Jersey.

Our clinics always book to capacity and we end up turning people away. Because we experience such a high number of no-shows, others miss out on getting their pets spayed or neutered.

We are now forced to alleviate this problem by charging a $25 non refundable deposit per animal/appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill when you pick up your animal after surgery. If you notify A.F.E.W. 48 hours prior to your appointment that you must cancel, the deposit will be refunded. However, if you do not show up for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited.

We can only accommodate 20 dogs and 35 cats on the van on a spay/neuter day. To ensure your space we must receive your $25 deposit, at that time you will be given an appointment time. Once we reach capacity we will have to turn people away.

PLEASE PRINT AND COMPLETE THE CLINIC WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE CLINIC!

Before completing an application, please read Important Information, After Care Instructions and In Case of an Emergency.

Vaccinations are available only in conjunction with spay/neuter surgery. We regret we are not able to accommodate requests for vaccinations only.
