April 28, 2012 was our last spay/neuter clinic.

AFEW has hosted a low cost spay/neuter van since 2003. During that time we spayed 466 female dogs, 475 male dogs, 944 female cats and 754 male cats for a total of 2,639 animals!

At this time we are advising you that we will no longer be hosting spay/neuter clinics through AWA at the Hamilton Animal Shelter. With all the new low cost stationary clinics popping up we will be referring you to them. What we will be hosting is Microchip/Vaccination Clinics. We will be making announcements as to where and when the microchip/vaccination clinics will be held.
